Counter balance replacement

Question

Hi. Sorry I took this out before taking pictures. It is a Jordan window. The spring is stretched out so I think I need a new one. Looks to measure 1/12 inch. Just the silver bar not including the plastic ends looks to be 28 3/4 long. The stamp says 28 4. Please let me know if you you need any other info. Hi. By enlarging your pictures and clicking on the one that most resembles my channel balance I found measurements for the shoe. So mine is either the 390 or 351. I?m thinking S390-29 as the depth of the shoe is just over one inch but not quite 1 1/8. Thoughts?

Thanks for contacting us! Can you confirm that the metal channel is 28-3/4" long? That's pretty strange for this style. Based on your stamp it should be 29" long, but if it is 28-3/4" then it may need to be custom made.

As for the Series, I agree that our Series 390 is a good bet. If the depth of the shoe is over 1", then it was likely 1-1/8" originally and wore down over time.

Please just confirm the length. If it is 28-3/4", we will look into whether this is a special size. I would also like you to tell me how many you need, in case it does have to be specially made.
