Counter balances; 2430 found on side of items.

Question

I am looking to replace these broken counter balances. The bottom sash will not go back into the window now that these are broken.

Also, if you have instructions for assembling new counter balances, that would be helpful.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the S351-25 or S390-25 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a new stamp option choose 2430.
