Plastic part holding a spring/rod and string fir counter weight is broken. Thanks for your advice. Dean

Hi there, Dean.
The plastic part shown in your first photo can't be replaced, I'm afraid. You would need an all-new balance which we can help with but I'll need more information. Can you upload a photo of the shoe at the bottom of this balance? That will allow us to narrow down your replacement options.
