There are no numbers, names or markings. The window company couldn't find anything either. I just need one.

Can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe used in this balance system? That will help us determine the best spring.

There is nothing else in the window. Did find a form that says they are capitol windows model 8800.

Thanks! That's exactly what we needed to see. That looks like our 15-180 pivot shoe, which commonly uses the Series 190 coil spring. You'll need the number off the old spring to determine the best Series 190 option.
