We should be able to help with this balance, but too many important details are missing from this photo. We will need a clear and unobstructed view of both the bottom plastic fitting and the metal clip at the end of the cord. If that metal clip is missing on your sample balance, you will need to get an undamaged version from the other side of the window.

Please also verify the length of the metal channel only. Do not include the plastic fittings in this measurement.
