Looking for the piece pictured that attaches to the bottom of the sash where the pivot bar protrudes. Also not sure if there's supposed to be a pivot case that goes inside the sash. Thanks again always for your assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you looking for a part of the frame of your sash? If so, we won't be able to help with something like that. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
