Cover piece

Thanks for your post! I believe we may have a replacement cover that will work for your repairs. Although, to narrow down the correct replacement, I'd like to see a photo of the entire operator. 

The photo of the base is helpful but I'll also need to see the arm(s) connected to the bottom of the swinging window sash. You'll need to open the window to get a clear view.
