Need 12 covers for windows probably 12 years old

See if our 26-348 looks right. If not, see the 26-186. You'd have to drill holes to install it, but it will fit most weep holes.

Thanks for the photos. Unfortunately we don't have an exact match for this style, but in that case I would strongly consider the 26-186. It should fit around the hole just fine; you'll just need to drill holes to mount it.
