Covers for crank out windows

Question

Looks like 5 1/4 inches long on the top, bottom is open to cover hardware, hole is in the middle towards the bottom of the top part, top part is between 1 1/4 to 1 1/2  inches wide. Not sure what brand of windows.   They were put in with the Detroit Metro Airport Quiet Home project in 2004. I was told Republic Window Co. put them in but they are out of business now.
