Cox 21-717 21-767 . They have the same number however the appear different

My Cox rollers have the same number on them but they don't look the same.
What parts should I order

Check out our 23-070 and 23-086, these look like they might be good matches. The 23-086 may be the better choice since it has a ball-bearing wheel, which we feel operates more smoothly.
