I ended up ordering 23-086. Should that work too? Based on what I've read on this site, it seems like the ball bearing wheel operates better than the non ball bearing style?

Apologies, I neglected to mention the 23-086; but yes, it's the same, but just with a ball-bearing wheel which is indeed sturdier. So it should work fine for you.
