Hi
I need to replace two (left and right) window casement assemblies. They are marked Roto HG04-2001 and 2004U, but I don't see either number in their catalog and am not sure what parts need to be replaces (problem is black plastic piece on end is cracked.). Any help with finding replacements would be appreciated.

Hey, T. Looks like the slide on your hinge has broken. Unfortunately, these cannot be repaired or replaced. I don't know of any company who sells these slides by themselves.
We can help only in that we can provide a complete hinge assembly. I recommend our 36-048. The style is a little different from yours, but they work on the same principle. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then they should work perfectly well.

I have the same problem and understand will have to replace top and bottom. When I order does it come with pop and bottom or is the top one a different part number? There is a B on the clip and I think that would make it the left side (if facing window from the outside it is the left side window in the three window group.

The 36-048 hinge set comes with a top and bottom hinge. This set is compatible for either a left or right hand facing window.
