Crack for Bow Window

Home Owner from Spring Lake, NJ
Hello. I am looking for replacement cranks for my bow window. 2 out of the 4 have broken right at the location where the crank is inserted into the window device to turn the crank to open the window.

The window was purchased at Home Depot back in 2002/2003.

In a couple of the pictures there are 2 cranks side-by-side to show how the one on the right is broken at the top.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your crank handle can be replaced with the 39-226 Male Roto Folding Handle. Although, since your operator appears to be missing the black collar where the handle inserts; unfortunately, we do not carry the replacement for this piece. Many customers have encountered this issue and, as a result, the manufacturer changed the design of the operator.

That said, it may be a good idea to replace both the handle and operator completely. Replacing the handle alone will work for a while but it would only serve as a temporary solution.

I'm happy to provide you with recommendations for replacement operators, I'll just need to see a photo of the entire operator. I am especially looking to see a photo of the operator arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the window.
