Crack out window part

Question

The first pic is what I need replaced. It's a crack out. I dont know the window manufacturer or how old is the window. Let me know if you have a replacement part or can I purchase a new crank out assembly. Thanks

This looks like the track slide of a casement window hinge like our 36-048. Review the dimensions and see if this matches up.
