Our customer reached out to us to help with his window - the arm and hinge are broken but we cannot identify what they are to order them. It looks like the window is an Anderson crank window. Any help would be appreciated! thank you!

Hello! This looks like an older Andersen window, but we should still be able to help.
To start, see our 39-094 and 39-150 casement window operators. One of these should match your original, but it will ultimately come down to the size of the arm. Review the dimensions in each case to verify the better option.

As for the hinge, the assembly currently on your window is discontinued and no longer something we can provide. That said, I've heard from many customers in the past that our 36-048 is a capable replacement. The trick is that it requires drilling some new holes, and it's necessary to replace the top and bottom at the same time. Otherwise it should work well. The video below will show you how these work.

The part shown in your screenshot is part of the 36-048 hinge assembly. Unfortunately, the individual parts of the hinge are not available separately. It is also important to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time to ensure that the sash is properly supported.

The 36-048 comes with a set of hinges, one for the top and one for the bottom of the sash.
