Thanks for contacting us! I am certain we can provide you with the Andersen operator you need for your repairs but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to make the correct recommendation. 

There are a few different Andersen operators with the same style base, so I'll need to see the arm to be able to identify the right replacement. If it is difficult to open the window, I can use the operator from a similar window or you may need to open this window manually.
