Please help!
I need to purchase a new door handle.

Hello,

Take a look at our 82-030 handle set and see how the dimensions compare to yours.

Also, a broken handle can sometimes mean that there is damage or buildup in the track or rollers. Just something to check on. Thank you!

You suggested the 82-030 that has 3-15/16" measurements.

My handle is 4"

The shape is also somewhat different.

The shape doesn't matter when considering replacement handles. The thumb latch position and hole spacing are the important details to consider. The 82-030 has an adjustable thumb latch and I would recommend double-checking the hole spacing, making sure that you're measuring from hole center to hole center as shown below.
