Thanks for posting! I believe we may have a replacement recommendation we can make for your drawer hardware but I'll need to see a clearer, unobstructed photo to confirm the right replacements. Please include photos of the drawer slide as well as the socket it inserts to on the back of the cabinet wall.

Also, can the broken spacer (the part that detached from the wall) be removed from the existing drawer slide?

Thanks for the additional photos. If you are only looking to replace the drawer space, I suggest take a look at the 32-334, 32-339, and 32-352B to determine which of these is the best fit. 

While they are not a direct replacement, I do believe one of these should work to complete your repairs.
