I need some help finding the replacement part for this window please

Looks like your balance tube is broken. I'm afraid these cannot be repaired or replaced. Your only option would be to replace the complete spiral balance.

I don't know what yours is, but assuming this is a tilt window you would use either our Series 900 or Series 600, depending on the diameter of the tube.

Can I tell from the label on the side of the window if it is a series 600 or 900? How else can I tell the diameter and is this an easy fix once I get a replacement part?

I'm afraid that label doesn't tell us anything. You will have to measure your outer tube to confirm the best match.

Once you get the right part, it's a very easy replacement job. See the video below. I'd say it takes about five minutes per window, at most. The 75-006 charging tool makes it an especially easy job.
