Craftline Window Lock part

Question

I am looking for the plastic insert in the window locking mechanism for 20 year old Craftline Windows. Do you have or know where to find the part and/or is the manufacturer still inbusiness and have replacment parts?

Hey, Craig. This old lock has been discontinued, but the manufacturer replaced it with the 38-097 and 38-098. I believe these can work for you. Keep in mind you will also need a new keeper, our 38-079, since the mechanism is slightly different than the old version.
