Can you tell us what it is exactly that you are trying to replace? Is it just the handle or is it the entire window operator?

If it is the operator, we will need to see pictures of the operator, preferably removed from the window, as well as dimensions for the operator arm(s)

Unfortunately, we do not deal with anything like that.

Your best bet is to try your local hardware store/Home Depot/Lowes or having a carpenter take a look.
