Window Parts identify this as Craig having no vendor suppliers. Can you make or modify a block and tackle unit that could be used as a replacement? As a last resort do you have cord material to rebuild a broken balance and a worn out cord?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I'm afraid that we cannot help you replace this balance system. We recommend replacing your entire jamb liner, which you can get from your nearest mill work.
