Hi - From your blog, I understand this is a custom balance. The window is a non-tilt window. The metal bar is 27 7/8 inches long and 1/2 inch width. The top has an angle on it and side tabs.
I'm not sure how to measure the shoe. The very widest point of the shoes is approximately 1 1/8 inches. It also has side tabs
The stamp on the metal bar is 2730 BSI VO
