Thanks for posting! Your casement operator can be replaced with our 39-171 Truth Hardware Dyad Operator. I believe the one you have is no longer made but we have recommended this operator as replacement to quite a few customers. The opposite handed version is the 39-172.

The compatible crank handle is the 39-114L.

For replacing your hinges, I suggest reviewing and comparing the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Keep in mind, you'll likely need to replace both the top and bottom hinge, since it does not appear that these are an exact match. This means there is a strong possibility that you'll need to drill new installation holes. 

These hinges can be used for both the left and right side side of the window.
