Thanks for posting. Confirm that the diameter of the spline the handle attaches to is 11/32". If so, see our 39-114L. If you need a new cover, see the 39-107. If the spline and worm gear that the handle attaches to is stripped, you'll need to replace the operator as well. We can help you with this, but we'll need to see it out of the window, with the link arm(s) in full view. many thanks.
