Thanks for writing in! This window operator looks like it can be replaced with the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. These can be used for both left and right handed applications.

If this window was manufactured between 1995 and 1998, you'll also need the 39-362 adapter plate. The other compatible hardware can be tagged below this thread.
