Have a crank that's not turning the window when you turn it it opens and pulls out to handle and threaded

Hello there. It sounds like the entire window operator has broken down and should be replaced. Can you show us the entire mechanism from a bird's eye perspective, including the arm(s) that move the window? We'll do our best to help from there.
