I am afraid we don't sell the cover separately for this operator type. You may have to replace the entire operator. If you're willing, we can help with that--I just need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s). From there I'll do my best to help.

Check out our 39-341 and 39-205. I believe these are the parts you need.
