Crank Handle

My window crank handle that's threaded, when I insert into base that has the hole. It just turns. My crank handle teeth are not stripped. But inside the base hole, I believe it is. I bought this in 2014, and slowly one by one they are stripping out. I have 3 and a possible 4 are shot. I don't want to buy 4 windows. I appreciate any help. I cannot find the stripped out base-hole, any where around my Buffalo, NY area.

It looks like your worm gear is stripped. Unfortunately, when this happens, it means the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
