Crank Handle broke off

Hi there. A customer has a couple of windows with broken cranks. I see some numbers/identification on the first picture that might be helpful. Do you recognize these? Her windows are cranked open and she can't close them.

Hello!

This looks like it may be an older version of the 39-329 and 39-330. Your next step should be to review our specifications to verify that they match up. If they differ in terms of size, let me know and we can go from there.

Note, the new operators are "male" as opposed to the original. The manufacturer changed the design so a new handle will be necessary. I recommend the 39-205 which should work well.

Hi. I am the customer that the Ace Hardware lady was telling you about. She sent pictures. I need both RH and LH mechanisms and cranks for each.

Please advise how to order and pay so I can get them installed soon.

I feel like I need the left handle and the right handle. (Since I have 2 windows). Plus cranks
