Crank Operator Identification

Question

Hi -

I have several windows in my house (built by Pardee, San Diego area, 1991) that need the crank operators replaced. There are no identifying marks on the hardware that I can find. I popped the plastic cover off and took photos of the interior. Any ideas?

I found "EntryGard" TRUTH on one of the arms. And here are a few more photos.

Hello! We can definitely help. I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032 Truth Entrygard operators. I would just review our dimensions to confirm that everything matches up to be 100% sure.

You can probably reuse your old handle and cover, but if not you can use our 39-107 and 39-114L.
