Crank Operator and level lock

I need a new crank operator as the screw cog sheared off. also but less important the plastic on the lever lock broke off and we glues it on

Hello,

I would recommend removing your lock and compare it to our 38-208. As for your operator, we'll need to see the assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash in and out are fully exposed. Thank you!

Thanks Casey - since I sheared off the cog on the turn handle, if I open it I can't close it , it is a third floor window. Any possible candidates for the operator I should look at.

I can't confirm what you might need without seeing the arms but if there is another window using the same style of operator, you could show us that assembly.
