Crank Replacement for handle

Hi! It looks like on the crank handle there is a number of 4054 with a 10 above it. Does this help at in determining what size I need??

Hi there!
It looks like the worm gear came out with the crank handle. I'm afraid when this happens, it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
