Crank Unit Wont Move

A home owner from Port St. Lucie, Fl says:
This is a window for a vacation rental. It is a single window that opens. I've attached a picture of the crank unit and the actual crank. It has two arms similar to your 39-312 crank. The tenant says that the crank won't move the window. Do you have replacement parts. I have a handyman on the way to look at it. Thanks, Mike

It looks like the gears stripped out of the operator. This cannot be repaired, nor can that worm gear be replaced. That means you need an all new mechanism entirely. If yours does match the 39-312, then that would be my recommendation.
