Crank Window Bottom Bar Plastic Holder

Handy Person from Orlando, FL
Need help identifying the round plastic piece that connects to the metal frame of window and the bar pops into, the plastic is broken so the bar pops back off when opening or closing now. Got window closed now and if opened again the bar will pop off.

Thanks for reaching out! I believe you may be searching for the torque bar bearing used for awning windows. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the one you need but I'll need to see a clear photo of an undamaged one, if possible. This will also help to determine if you might need a different part altogether.

Our entire selection can be viewed in our Awning Window Replacement Operators section of the online catalog.

I was able to get additional pictures.
If possible I would like to get the plastic piece and a new screw.

The torque bearing in this window looks like it could be 36-018H Torque Bar Bearing but it is a bit difficult to tell because the view of the part is obstructed by the window hardware. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions and design.

This part does not come with the compatible screws for it, unfortunately. On the website, below the product description, we suggest holding on to the old screws for the installation. If you cannot reuse them, our best recommendation would be to take one of the existing screws to a local hardware store to have them match it up for you.
