Crank Window top support

Question

This piece has the numbers 312300 on the arm that connects the window to the frame. The numbers 40887 and the word TRUTH (in caps and underlined) on the shorter support arm that connects the longer arm and the piece that screws into the frame of the window. The part that screws into the frame has the numbers 40941-A (it might be 40841-A) .
