Crank & Traveler parts

Question

I recently ordered replacement parts for my Patriot Casement windows under order for 39-187 & 39-188. These were the closest matches to the existing crank show in picture above.

The new parts do not match the existing. do you have anything like my existing cranks.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the base arm of the 39-089 and 39-090 to your assembly. These have a Z-shaped arm compared to the operators that you purchased, which have a W shape. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting.
