Is there a crank assembly already attached to the window assembly? I need the complete assembly as shown

Is the crank assembly cover and handle sold separately? It looks as though the cover and handle are pressed on to the window opening assembly? Can the handle and cover be sold attached to the window assembly?

Regarding the cover, Truth (the manufacturer) used to make these permanently affixed to the operator. That appears to be your setup now. However they now only sell them separately. See our 39-451.
