Crank arm does not work

Nothing works. I open and close the window manually. Lincoln windows (supposedly) has #16 on crank arm.

Actually, the mechanism you showed me DOES work. It's the handle that just spins. Can I buy just the handle set up?

It sounds like your operator is stripped. If that's the case, replacing the handle won't help since you'd have to replace the whole operator. However, this operator is compatible with the 39-114L handle.

Me again. The glass in the window is 41 inches and I just need the operator arm with handle. I think I'm getting close! Can you still help?

I'm sorry, I'm confused. We recommended the 39-083 operator and 39-114L handle. If the specifications match up, you should be good to go.
