My window has the 9-1/2 Window Crank. The arm often slips out of the track which I then manually pop back in. Any recommendatations on how to fix this? Much appreciated.

It could be a number of things, Sue.
First, check to see if the track is installed at the proper height. What I'm thinking is that if the track is installed too high it puts a strain on the nylon bearing at the end of the arm, forcing it to pop out when it gets to the center notch. Next, check to see if the tack itself is worn out. Maybe the track has spread and the nylon bearing won't stay in place. We do have the track, the 39-505 EntryGard Track. Lastly, check to see if the nylon bearing itself is worn out.
