Quick Learner from Cleveland, ph
I bought an older house with a 3 season room. The crank mechanism is stripped or stuck and I cannot close the windows, looking for a replacement mechanism/casing

It looks like you need a whole new awning operator. I am confident we can help you, but I need you to remove the awning operator from the window and show it to us from behind, so we can get a clear view of the hole pattern on the top and bottom tabs. I will also need a picture of the link arm and the hole at the end of it. From there, we'll do our best to help find replacements for you.

See our 39-025 and 39-026. I believe these are what you need, but go over the dimensions to confirm.
