Crank assembly

Question

I need a replacementc crank assembly for a 36"x36" Andersen window. Have numbers on the assembly but not sure if they are helpful.

Your operator looks like it matches our 39-264. This is used on Andersen windows from 1999. If your window is an older one made between 1995 to 1998, then you will need to use the 39-262 adapter plate. Look at the marking etched in the corner of the glass for the date. Also look over our pictures and information for these products, just to be sure they match.
