I'm looking to replace several cranks that come out when cranking the window back in. The handle unscrews into my hand.

It definitely looks like you need a new operator. We can help, but we'll need more photos to get started. Specifically, can you remove the original operator mechanism from the window and show me a clear picture of it by itself? That would be a huge help. That way I can see the whole thing and pick out the best match on our site.
