Crank connection for casement window

A home owner from New jersey says:
The bottom connection for 2 casement windows are rusted through. Can I replace the connector without replacing the windows. What parts are needed?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello there. The hinge itself looks possible rusted--in that case, see if our 36-004-10. For the operator, see if our 39-171 and 39-172 type matches up. If you want to replace the stud brackets the arms connect to, I'd like to see a clearer picture of one removed to have a better idea of what you're working with.
