We'd be happy to help but we would like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are visible. That will allow us to identify your operator, as well as the handle and cover that works with it. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we've never been able to provide an exact replacement for this operator, or their handles and covers. Though your assembly is similar to our 39-031 and 39-032 you'd need to alter the sill trim to get it to fit and even then, there is no guarantee that it would work. If you decided to give these a try, they are compatible with our 39-107FK handle and cover kit.
