Crank doesn't work

Question

Can you identify this crank by the picture?
Also I don't know why but having a difficult time taking cover off crank f ru I'm inside?
The swivel on the outside says truth
Is it possible to just replace inside cranks?

Unfortunately with some older versions of this operator, the covers were not meant to be removed. Note too that when the cover breaks on these, it might be a sign that the operator is wearing down anyway and ought to be replaced. This is our 39-220B. It can work with cover and handle kits like our 39-376 or 39-452. Let me know if you have any further questions.
