Crank doesn't work

Thanks for writing in! The gear in your window operator has become stripped so you'll need to replace the entire mechanism. 

This appears to be a Truth brand part, so there are few replacement options that come to mind. I'll need to see clear photos of the entire operating mechanism to narrow down the options. 

Please be sure to provide clear photos of the base of the operator as well as the arm(s) that pushes/pulls the swinging window sash.
