Crank for 1959 windows

Question

I need your help identifying the correct low-profile replacement hardware for this case, crank, and levers. I want to install accordion blinds and these old crank boxes prohibit that.

We offer the 39-108 t-handle, but note that it attaches to a 3/8" diameter gear bore. Take a look and see if something like this might fit your window crank.
