Crank for Entry Gard window

Quick Learner from Alaska
I have some older windows in my cabin. They are Entry Gard cranks and the numbers I can see are 20810 and R30842. Any chance you have a replacement?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need more information to get started. We'll need to see a top down photo of your crank with the window open so that the arms that connect to the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down your options. Thank you!

Here's the picture. Hope it's good enough.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photo resembles the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators. The determining factor would be how the length of the shorter link arm compares to yours. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit used with these operators. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

Casey,
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Everything looks like it should work for my window, but I'ver removed the sash and have a better picture for you. The long and short arms appear perfect, but the holes in the template don't match. I'm thinking that really won't matter, but thought I'd check with you. I only have four screw holes-the distance between the top two is 3 and 15/16; the distance between the bottom two is 4 and 3/8. If the bottom plate matches up, I can use the new holes and all should be fine, correct? By the way, the number on the bottom plate is 40372.

Sorry, for some reason, I can't download the picture. Hoping you can understand what I mean.

Bob

Our replacement operators generally have more mounting holes so there are more options to match the placement of your original mounting holes. As long as a few of them match so that you are able to attach the base to the window sill, you should be good to go.
