Crank for casement window

The 'wand' that connects the bottom of window and the crank is disconnected, need replacement 'crank box assembly'

It sounds like your part stripped out of the operator. You will need to replace the entire operator. Please forward over some photos of the operator completely removed from the window. From there we will begin to search for what you need.
